A 10 y/o female was playing outside at recess with her new friends at school when a teacher states she tripped and fell down. The teacher rushed over to find the patient was crying, holding her right forearm and hand close to her chest and wouldn’t allow the teacher to see it. The parents were called and they noticed swelling around the wrist. They bring them to you about 2 hours after the initial injury and you notice tenderness dorsally in the anatomic snuff box.  Xray is shown. What is the diagnosis?
