This week's topic for our soccer/lacrosse theme is radiology case. Please see below: A 17 y/o high school lacrosse player presents to your clinic the day following a knee injury. He was trying to shake off a defender when his knee twisted on a planted foot. He felt a pop and experienced immediate swelling and difficulty bearing weight. You order an MRI to confirm the expected diagnosis which is shown below.
